This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Veera Agrovision.

1. Who We Are

Veera Agrovision is an agriculture business application used by administrators, stockists, and dealers to manage products, inventory, orders, invoices, reports, and related business operations.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

• Account information such as name, mobile number, email address, role, and login identifier.
• Business information such as billing address, GST number, stockist/dealer details, and custom pricing assigned by admin.
• Order information such as selected products, quantity, price, order status, payment status, and order history.
• Invoice information such as invoice number, invoice date, billing details, product details, GST details, and totals.
• Inventory information such as available product quantity and previous stock quantity.
• Notification information such as Expo push notification token and notification status.
• Technical information required to operate the app, including Firebase authentication identifiers and basic device notification permissions.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate users and control access based on admin, stockist, or dealer role.
• Create and manage users, products, inventory, orders, and invoices.
• Generate business reports and dashboards.
• Send order-status and business notifications.
• Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot app issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal or business data. Data may be processed through trusted service providers used by the app, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase Storage if enabled, and Expo Notifications.

5. Data Storage and Security

App data is stored using Firebase services. Access is restricted using authentication, role-based permissions, and Firestore security rules. Admin-only actions are limited to authorized admin users. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect app data.

6. Data Retention

We retain business and account data for as long as needed to operate the application, maintain invoices, support business records, and meet operational requirements. Admin users may delete stockist/dealer accounts and related records where appropriate.

7. User Choices and Deletion Requests

Users can contact the administrator to update or delete their account information. If an account is deleted, related access may be removed and associated business records may be deleted or retained where required for legitimate business, tax, invoice, or compliance purposes.

8. Children

Veera Agrovision is intended for business use by authorized users. It is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
